Stone Cliff Barn is operated by Formenos Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), which runs the website and web application at https://www.stonecliffbarn.com (the "Service"). The Service is a private tool used by the owners of a single family property and the small crew who work there to organize and record property tasks. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what is needed to run the Service:

• Account information — your name, email address, and role, entered by the property owner when you are invited.
• Mobile phone number — if you choose to receive text messages, the number you provide for that purpose.
• Activity in the Service — tasks you complete, issues you report, notes and photos you add, and the dates and times of those actions.
• Technical information — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the Service secure and working.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use advertising trackers.

• To sign you in and show you the tasks assigned to you.
• To keep a shared record of the work done at the property.
• To send you text messages you have opted in to (see Section 4).
• To keep the Service secure and to fix problems.

Stone Cliff Barn sends text messages about property work: task assignments, reminders, schedule changes, and updates on reported issues.

Consent. You will only receive text messages if you have provided your mobile number and agreed to receive them. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using the Service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your assigned tasks and activity at the property.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask the property owner to remove your number at any time.

Mobile number sharing. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing. We share information only with the service providers that run the Service on our behalf — website hosting, database and login services, email delivery, and text message delivery — and only so they can perform those functions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people at the property.

We keep account and activity records for as long as the Service is in use, because the history of work at the property is the point of the Service. When your access ends, your account is deactivated and your mobile number is removed from messaging. We use reasonable technical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls that limit each person to their own data and role.

• You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
• You can ask the property owner to deactivate your account.

The Service is intended for adults working at the property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
